On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 became effective. A company subject to this Act is required to disclose its efforts, if any, to address the issues of slavery and human trafficking in its supply chain.
Corpac Steel Products, Corp and its subsidiaries are committed to fair employment practices and to compliance with employment laws in the United States and other countries where we source products sold in our supply chain.
Corpac Steel Products’ standard terms of purchase require that all suppliers comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Employment practices are included in this requirement. In addition, supplier facilities are generally audited by our technical personnel to insure that our sourcing requirements are being met.
